INFO, which owns or manages the Services (as described herein), is the primary controller of your personal information provided to, collected by or in connection with the Services.

To protect the safety and health of event attendees, we may take disease prevention measures, which may include collecting health information through temperature screening, testing and tracing with relevant health authorities, monitoring for visible symptoms, or referral to quarantine or medical staff data.
Data from other sources
We may also obtain personal information about you from our group companies and other third parties, including:
l Service providers who help us determine your location based on your IP address in order to tailor certain products to your location;
l Partners with whom we provide co-branded services or participate in joint marketing activities;

You can control or limit the location data collected through mobile applications by changing your preferences in your device's Location Services preferences menu, or by choosing to use Bluetooth and other web interfaces you can use to interact with our Services. However, you may need to use RFID technology (such as a wristband) to access certain activities.
We also collect footage and images captured by video, photography or closed circuit television (CCTV) at events, offices and other locations.

l Provide relevant networking, speaker sessions, demo content and exhibitor product recommendations as part of our event matching services based on the preferences and interests you provide during registration, interactions on our website, platform and at our events; and / or
l Inclusion in the attendee directory to provide visitors, exhibitors and sponsors with the names and business contact information of those attending the event.
Share your information
Our service providers
Depending on the services provided, we share personal information with the following parties:
l Our various affiliates, trading names and affiliates of Inver Exhibitions around the world and companies that provide technical, customer service and other shared service functions; and/or
l Our service providers, suppliers, agents and representatives, including but not limited to: payment processors, venue providers, live event contractors, customer support staff, email service providers, IT service providers, postal carriers and Shipping agents, under our instructions and subject to this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, process information on our behalf that is necessary to provide services, complete transactions, fulfill your requests, or otherwise.
Your choice
We share your personal information with our affiliated companies, as well as exhibitors, sponsors, media partners, joint venture partners and other third parties (including entities for which we provide services as agents, licensees or event managers) , these entities wish to send you information about their products and services that may be of interest to you, as determined by your choices in managing your communication preferences and other settings.
The Services may include forums and participant directories that allow you to create a profile and post and share personal information, comments, materials and other content to help others contact you. Any such content you publicly disclose may be collected and used by others, may be indexed by search engines, and may not be deleted. Please use caution when disclosing personal information in these public areas.
The Services may enable you to share your virtual “business card” information with exhibitors, sponsors or associations by swiping your event ID badge on an ID card scanning device at a booth or other event location. This also allows details of their products or services to be sent directly to the email address you provide.
When entering a virtual space, area or event room, your registration details may be shared with other attendees, including sponsors or exhibitors, to facilitate event network live video conferencing, online chat and/or virtual business card delivery, but Subject to further notice.
Legal reasons
If we do believe that disclosure of your personal information is necessary, we will disclose your personal information in order to:
l To comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or other legal obligation;
l Detect, investigate and help prevent security, fraud or technical issues; and/or

Other processing
Edit content and event presentations
When you submit content, such as writing an article or producing a video for any of our magazines or other products, or speaking at any of our events, we will process some additional personal information about you, including:
l Professional biography or profile produced or approved by you that may include your image, likeness or voice, which content may be published and made available to our subscribers, event audiences, or posted online through our website and social media channels for promotional purposes; and
l Internal editors, reviewers, comments or feedback.
To help improve the diversity of our editorial content and events panels, we may ask you to provide demographic data such as age, gender, disability, race, national origin, religion and sexual orientation on an entirely voluntary basis.
Event concierge
As part of our event concierge service for hosted buyers, we may need to collect government identifying information such as passport and visa details, as well as any relevant health and disability information to ensure all accommodation and dietary requirements are met. This information may be provided to our local agents to ensure the most appropriate service based on their local expertise. If it is relevant to do so, we will usually require your consent. However, there are certain limited circumstances where this will not happen, such as a medical emergency.
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our agreements.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and we do not direct the Services to children under the age of 13.
